Chuanbei Stewed Sydney

Ingredients: Sydney, Chuanbei, rock sugar.

Take 3 grams of Chuanbei and pound it into powder.

The Sydney pear is cut from 1/5 as shown in the picture.
4.
Use a small spoon to remove the pear cores.
5.
Add Chuanbei powder, rock sugar, wolfberry and a little purified water.
6.
Cover the cut pears and simmer for 40 minutes.
7.
Out of the pot.
