Chuanbei Stewed Sydney with Rock Sugar

Chuanbei mashed, I put it in a bag and mashed it with a knife.

Cut open the top of the pear and use a spoon to remove the heart.

Add the mashed chuanbei.

Add rock sugar.

Add a little boiled water, not too full.

Put the pears in the bowl and secure them with toothpicks.

Tips:
Chuanbei is actually better if it is ground more broken, and the spread is more complete.
