Cigu Steamed Pork with Sauce

Soak the sauced meat in warm water for 5 minutes and clean it.

Cut the sauced meat into thin slices and set aside.

Daci mushrooms bought back from the vegetable market.

After washing, peel off the skin and remove the top of the mushroom.

Tips:
The salty and lightness of the sauce varies from one to another. If your sauce is particularly light, you can add some steamed fish soy sauce to improve the flavor after it is steamed.
