Cilantro with Pork Liver

Soak the liver in clean water with a little salt for half an hour, changing the water two or three times during the period.

Pour ginger and spring onions into the pot and cook it into ginger and spring onion water. Add the pig liver, blanch it in water, and remove it.

Bring the stewed soup to a boil.

Tips:
1. There is no old braised soup, you can add some spices or spice packs, add light soy sauce, salt, dark soy sauce and boiled pork liver.
2. Boil the liver and soak it for a more delicious taste.
3. The seasoning is arbitrary.
