Cinnamon French Fried Toast

Cut thick slices of toast, then cut in half; 100g milk plus 1 egg beaten

Add 30 grams of honey and beat well, sprinkle in 3 grams of cinnamon powder and beat well

Soak the toast slices in the custard, heat the pan to melt the butter

Put the toast slices in a pan, slowly fry on low heat until the egg is solidified; place the pan on a plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve
