Cinnamon Roll Bread

After oil method (except salt and butter), the main ingredients are mixed and stirred to stop the tendons

The first fermentation takes about 1 hour, and the surface can be sprayed with water to keep the skin dry.

The fermented dough is about 2 times larger than the original volume. Dip a hole in the middle of the dough with your fingers soaked in high flour, and the fermentation is completed without shrinking.

Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, about 35*25, spread 15g of softened butter on the surface, and don't need to spread the curling part.

Cut into pieces according to the molds available at my home, or cut into pieces and put them in a bread carton. I used a pizza mold and cut 7 pieces.

The cut surface is up, and the second fermentation is carried out for 40 minutes. After the end, the surface is coated with egg liquid. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, and place it on the lower and middle gears with a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
