Citric Sour Radish

The cut radishes are soaked in salt and water.

Pour out the flooded water. Put the radishes in a leaky container.

Cut the lemon chili and set aside.

Cool white open. Put sugar and vinegar.

Drained radishes are put into jars. Put lemon and chili together. Then pour the cold boiled vinegar and sugar into the jar. It can be eaten after sealing for 1 day. If the taste is stronger, it can be kept for another day or two.
