Braised Seasonal Vegetables in Olive Oil|one Kitchen

1. Change all vegetables to small pieces for later use.

2. Pour olive oil in the enamel pot, add sliced onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.

3. Add tomatoes and other moisture-rich ingredients and stir-fry until the moisture comes out.

4. Add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and black pepper. Cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
