Seasonal Snack Carrot Cake

Prepare the ingredients, soak the mushrooms and cut into small pieces, chop fried peanuts, and shred radishes (it’s more convenient to shred, and I don’t have it at home, so I use cuts)

Marinate the radishes with salt for half an hour and leave water. Everyone does it differently. Some people will squeeze the water dry. Here, I don’t need to pour the water
