Clam and Winter Melon Soup

Prepare the raw materials,

Put the clams in the fresh-keeping box, add a small amount of water, cover and shake constantly to let the sand spit out; change the water, repeat several times;

Heat a pan, add a little oil, and stir-fry the ginger;

Stir-fry the aroma and then add winter melon slices and stir fry;

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer until the winter melon is transparent;

Tips:
1. The clams must be washed clean when they are soaked, and a few drops of oil can be added when they are soaked. When preparing to make, you need to add some water and put them in the fresh-keeping box. Until the clam spit out the sand;
2. When frying winter melon, stir-fry the shredded ginger first, and get some shredded ginger when cooking seafood to avoid the chill of seafood;
3. After the winter melon is boiled to be completely transparent, it will indicate that the winter melon is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste;
4. Finally put in the cleaned clams and cook on high heat until the clams are completely opened, then turn off the heat; note that clams that have not opened their mouths are dead and cannot be eaten.
