Clam and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: winter melon (the seeds have been removed, peeled, washed and cut open), clams (washed after spitting out the sand), chives

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut winter melon and stir fry.

Then, add some water to boil and cook until the winter melon is cooked and soft.

Then, add the washed clams and turn to a boil. Cook until the clams open.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Finally, put the chives and serve.
