Clam Chowder

Pour the clams into clean water, then pour in an appropriate amount of salt and let it stand for 4 hours to spit out the mud and sand.

Peel and dice the onion.

Tips:
1. Fresh clams are closed, so be careful when choosing clams.
2. Buy the clams and soak them in salt water for 4 hours, and let them spit out the mud and sand.
3. Fresh clams don't need to be cooked for too long. You can eat the seafood once you have opened the mouth.
