Clam Egg Flower Konjac Soup

Ingredients: Konjac knot.

Clams (cleaned).
3.
Eggs (have been beaten into egg liquid).

Chives.

lard.

Tear the konjac knot and set aside.

Put the clams in a pot of clean water.

Then, join the konjac knot, set aside some lard, and add some cooking wine.

Bring to a boil until the clams open.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence to taste, pour in the egg mixture, and put the chives.
