Clam in Oyster Sauce
1.
Use proper amount of water in advance, add a little salt, a few drops of oil, let the clams spit sand, and change the water several times in the middle. I bought this clean. When buying, you can ask the seller if the clams need to spit sand!
2.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil, pour in the clams and cook for 3-5 minutes until they are all opened. After the clams are cooked, rinse them twice with water and control the water for later use.
3.
Sliced garlic cloves, sliced green onions, sliced ginger
4.
Heat up the pot, add some oil, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic and pour into the clams
5.
1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
6.
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
7.
1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine
8.
A little salt or no
9.
Stir-fry evenly and then serve with chopped green onion (if you like to add chicken essence, you can add a little chicken essence to taste, it's very delicious if you don't add it)
Tips:
The flower clams must spit the sand clean! The salt must be put in the last or not put (oyster sauce and light soy sauce all contain salt)
