Clam in Oyster Sauce

Add water and 5 grams of salt to a large bowl and mix well. Put the clams to raise them for about 5 hours to spit out the sand.

Add oil in a hot pan, add ginger and garlic until fragrant.
3.
Add the clams and stir-fry until the clams open.
4.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry the shallots evenly.
Tips:
1. Without salt, the oyster sauce already has a salty taste.
2. The clams are very fresh and do not contain MSG.
3. The original flavor is not added.
