Clam Meat Soup

The clams are cooked and the meat is reserved.

Wash the leeks and control water.
3.
Cut the washed leeks into the end.
4.
Add flour to the bowl.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water to make small pieces of gnocchi.
6.
Add 800ml of water to the pot and bring to a boil.
7.
Put the noodles in the water a little bit and use chopsticks to loosen them.
8.
Add clam meat.
9.
Add salt to a boil.
10.
Sprinkle the chopped chives.
11.
Stir well and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The chopped leeks must be added last, so that the fragrance of leeks will be released.
Just add salt to taste.
