Clam Shrimp Soup

Ingredients: prawns (washed and cut open), clams (washed after spitting out the mud), sliced ginger, chives

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, add ginger slices to the pot

Next, add prawns and clams, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

Flip it a bit

Then, add some water to boil and cook until the clams open

Then, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
7.
Add 0.5 tsp salt

Seasoning and stir well

Finally, put the chives and serve
