Clams with Black Soy Pepper

1. The ingredients are ready. Rinse the tempeh with water before using it.

2. Clams in a pot under cold water, add ginger slices and boil

3. Put ginger and garlic in the pot and sauté

4. Add the tempeh and stir fry after it's fragrant

5. Add carrot slices and stir fry

6. Add green peppers and stir fry until broken

7. Add clams, stir fry, add soy sauce to taste

8. Finally, add basil and a small bowl of broth and cook for a while.
