Classic Black Pepper Beef Pasta
1.
Dice beef, dice yellow onion, and dice tomatoes
2.
Pour a small amount of olive oil in the pot
3.
Add yellow onion and stir fry
4.
After the yellow onion bursts into the aroma, add beef cubes. (I still have a small piece of carrots left in my house, I also dice them, put them in the pot and stir-fry after adding yellow onions)
5.
After the beef changes color, add tomatoes and continue to stir fry. Stir-fry the tomato soup.
6.
After the tomatoes are fried out of the soup, add tomato sauce, sugar, and a little less water, and simmer on high heat.
7.
Simmer on high heat until there is no moisture, stir fry, and collect the juice.
8.
Put water in another pot and boil the pasta. After the pasta is cooked, put it on a plate, put the sauce, and sprinkle with black pepper, ready to eat.
