Classic Bologna Style Pasta with Beef Sauce
1.
I think novices will feel relieved after seeing this step, and the relief index will rise. Hold the audience and keep walking!
2.
Put the prepared pasta and jujube-shaped sausage in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.
3.
Use a colander to remove the pasta that has been cooked for 15 minutes and set aside.
4.
Change the jujube-shaped sausage cooked with the pasta into slices for later use.
5.
Heat with a proper amount of olive oil in a wok.
6.
Pour the spare pasta into 80% hot oil and stir-fry for about half a minute, and you can immediately see the bright color of each pasta.
7.
Bring the whole bag of our prepared Bologna-style beef sauce into the pot and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Use a pair of chopsticks to insert part of the pasta and turn the spatula clockwise to roll this part of the pasta into a ball. Use the spatula to support the plate and decorate with the jujube-shaped sausage that was previously changed to the knife.
9.
Just sprinkle a little cheese powder on the pasta that has been decorated on a plate. There is a little green onion on this plate, which is my personal hobby. You can decide whether to add green onion according to your preference. The box B of the pasta with cheese powder is set, ready to start! Show off your circle of friends before you start! Haha!
Tips:
1. The jujube-shaped Cantonese-style sweet sausage cut out will also look brighter. Today I used the smoky flavor. You can choose the flavor to match the plate according to your preference; 2. The pasta will be more delicious after being fried. Tasty; 3. I highly recommend this spaghetti sauce, and it is also the best flavor I chose after trying it for countless times.
