Classic Cantonese Cuisine-homemade Drum Chicken

Half a chicken is cleaned and prepared with star anise, cinnamon, ginger and rock sugar.

Add about 400ML light soy sauce to the saucepan, together with star anise, cinnamon, and ginger slices.

Tips:
1. The time to cook the chicken depends on the size of the chicken, or it can be cooked as a whole chicken.
2. Green vegetables can be matched at will.
3. Light soy sauce is already salty enough, no need to add salt.
