Classic Chess Biscuits

After the butter is softened, add the powdered sugar and stir well

Add the eggs in two portions and beat them evenly

Add vanilla extract and beat evenly

Then sift in all the categories, cut and mix evenly, and become dough (the methods of making the two types of dough are the same)

After the two doughs are ready, refrigerate them until they are slightly firm

After taking it out, roll them into 1 cm thick dough sheets, spread a layer of egg liquid on the surface of one kind of dough sheet, and then cover the other kind of dough sheet

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 30 minutes, then take out and cut into one-centimeter-wide strips. Take out two pieces of dough, spread a layer of egg liquid on the surface of one of the dough, and then cover the other piece of dough, (cocoa is the original flavor, the two directions should be staggered) and the remaining long pieces of dough are made in this order

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for half an hour until hard, take out and cut into 0.3 cm thick slices, 180 degrees, heat up and down, middle layer for 12-15 minutes
Tips:
1. The picture shows 4 grids, you can also cut small noodles to make 6 grids staggered;
2. Cocoa powder can be replaced with matcha powder, strawberry powder and so on.
