Spaghetti à la carbonara is one of the most classic pasta. I went to a classmate’s house for dinner, and an Italian girl in the class made this pasta. Unlike the most commonly made pasta in red or white sauce, carbonara has very simple ingredients. The main ingredients are eggs, parmesan cheese and bacon. Some will add onions, mushrooms or cream to taste.
Carbonara does not have a corresponding Chinese name, and some are translated into "cheese sauce grilled noodles". But I still think the pasta with bacon and egg sauce is more appropriate^_^"

2. Boil water in a pot, add two tablespoons of salt and a few drops of olive oil, cook the pasta, remove the cold water, add a little olive oil and stir to avoid sticking.

3. Beat 1 egg, add 30ml light cream, a pinch of salt, parsley, and mix well

4. Bacon cut into small pieces

5. Heat the olive oil in the pan, add the bacon and stir fry.

6. After the bacon is oily, turn to low heat, add minced garlic, and fry together until golden brown

7. Add the pasta and stir evenly on high heat

8. Pour in the egg liquid, turn off the heat, stir quickly, use the remaining heat of the noodles to heat the cooked eggs

9. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese, a little black pepper, stir well and bring out of the pan

10. A fresh raw egg, take the yolk, and decorate the pasta

11. Poke the egg yolk into pieces, mix well with the pasta, and you are ready to eat!

Tips:

Raw eggs must be bought fresh and can be eaten raw, preferably bio.

If the eggs are not fresh, there will be a fishy smell of raw eggs, and it will be easy to make stomach...

If the stomach is not good, don't add raw egg yolk, just eat the noodles, it is already very delicious!
