Classic White Toast

After kneading the dough, pull a glove mask smoothly, and the mask will come out in 28 minutes

Round up the dough and let it rise for the first time

The first time the dough rises to twice its size, turn off the bread machine and take out the dough

Divide the dough into 3 points evenly, ventilate to round, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes

Take a dough and roll it into a beef tongue shape

Roll up the dough from the bottom up

After the three doughs are all rolled up, cover with plastic wrap and let stand again for 10 minutes

Put all the dough in the toast box in turn, and ferment for 40 minutes in the oven

The dough is fermented until the toast box is 8 minutes full, take out the lid of the toast box

Put the whole toast box into the bottom of the pre-heated oven, heat 130 degrees, and bake at 160 degrees for 35 minutes (other ovens and toast boxes are baked according to common habits)

Tips:
1. Use milk instead of water for making noodles, you can omit milk powder
2. Different brands of ovens, toast boxes, baking temperature and time are different, it is recommended to adjust flexibly according to the usual usage
3. Put the toast in a bag and keep it cool. Don't put it in the refrigerator, it will accelerate the aging of the toast.
