Claypot Rice with Chamois Pork and Bamboo Shoots

Wash the rice twice with clean water and soak in water for more than half an hour.

Electric ceramic stove 1200W, with oil brush dipped in vegetable oil, brush the inner wall of the pot to ensure that the inner wall is completely brushed.

When the pot is hot, pour in the soaked rice.

Add water to about 0.8 cm on the rice surface. Heat for about fifteen minutes.

When the water in the pot is slightly dry, turn to a low heat of 400W, and gradually turn to 200W. The process takes about ten minutes.

Tips:
1. After cleaning the rice, it is best to soak for more than half an hour. The rice cooked in this way will be soft and delicious.
2. Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the bottom of the casserole to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot and make the rice crust more fragrant.
3. When the rice is boiled until the water is dry, it can be turned to low heat when it is ripe.
