Clear Soup
1.
Put the vegetables in a basin, pour in clean water, add a little salt to soak and wash.

After washing the vegetables, cut them into hob pieces.
3.
Pour in the chopped garlic and saute.
4.
Pour in the cut vegetables and stir-fry them quickly.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of water.
6.
Simmer for 2 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the soup turns white.
7.
Add the right amount of salt.
