Cloud Toast

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat with an electric whisk

Go to the toast and put a piece on the tin foil, scoop the whipped egg white, and put the egg yolk on it
3.
Put it in the preheated oven, heat the middle layer up and down to 150 degrees, wait until the egg white part starts to turn yellow and the egg yolk solidifies.

Baked cloud toast

With a glass of milk and fruit, breakfast is OK
