Clown Bun
1.
Prepare ingredients, cut broccoli into small flowers, small tomatoes for later use, two eggs for frying to make clown hats, and one cooked for clown ears. I steamed the buns the first day, so I just need to heat them in a steamer in the morning. That's it.
2.
Mix two eggs with milk and salt evenly. I will make American-style scrambled eggs, so I add milk, or I can stir them without milk.
3.
Pour the egg mixture in the pan on low heat for one minute, then use a wooden spatula to push the egg mixture from the edge to the middle of the pan. The upper layer of egg mixture will flow to the edge of the pan. After solidification, continue to push until all the egg mixture is solidified. Turn off the heat immediately. The scrambled eggs are old and tender, and they are delicious and beautiful.
4.
Take a small tomato and cut it lengthwise to make the collar of the clown, cut another crosswise to cut out the seeds inside and place it in the middle of the bun to make the nose, and then cut one into strips for the mouth and decoration.
5.
Blanch the broccoli with salt water, then cool and dry the water, and place it on the bun for hair.
6.
The scrambled eggs are stacked into a triangle to make a clown's hat. The cooked eggs are cut into two pieces horizontally to make ears, and two round pieces are cut with seaweed to make eyes, and then a small tomato is used to make a ball on the hat. I have four small tomatoes, haha, forgive me for not knowing the number, which one is spare, in case which knife is not cut properly, you have to cut it again.

With a bowl of gruel, a simple, nutritious and cute breakfast is ready, and children will love it.
