Cockles

Ingredients: Cockles (washed), minced garlic

In the minced garlic, add 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
3.
Add 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4.
Mix thoroughly into dipping sauce

Then, pour the boiled water over the cockles
6.
Then, close the lid and soak for 15-20 seconds
7.
Finally, open the lid and pour out the water
8.
Put it on the plate and enjoy it beautifully. . .
