Cocoa Almond Cookies

Beat the butter with a whisk until slightly enlarged

Add eggs and continue beating until white

Add the sifted low powder and cocoa powder, mix well

Add almond flakes and toss gently

Put plastic wrap in the biscuit mold, pour the batter in, flatten it lightly, and press it into a strip

Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, take out the slices

Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes
