When I have not been exposed to baking yet, my favorite is this cookie. Every time I go to the cake shop, I must buy a tin and come back to the cake shop to make them one by one. It is easy to eat but since I made it myself , I found out that the butter in the cake shop is vegetable butter, OMG... I scared the baby to death. I used Isny’s fermented butter, Favna’s cocoa powder, and American almond slices to make it myself.

Cocoa Almond Cookies

1. Beat the butter with a whisk until slightly enlarged

2. Add eggs and continue beating until white

3. Add the sifted low powder and cocoa powder, mix well

4. Add almond flakes and toss gently

5. Put plastic wrap in the biscuit mold, pour the batter in, flatten it lightly, and press it into a strip

6. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, take out the slices

7. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes
