Cocoa Milk Pudding

Materials ready

Soak the gelatine tablets in water for about 10 minutes

Pour purified water into the pot and boil

Pour in cocoa powder and 25g sugar, and mix well

Put in 10g (2 pieces) soaked gelatin tablets

Stir until the gelatin flakes melt while dissipating heat

After the cocoa liquid has cooled, pour it into a container (only half of it) and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours

Pour the fresh milk into the pot, add the remaining 10g sugar, and stir while heating over medium heat

Heat until the milk is about to boil, turn off the heat, add the remaining gelatine slices

Stir until the gelatin flakes melt while dissipating heat

After the milk cools, pour it into the frozen cocoa pudding container

Then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours
