Cocoa Nut Toast

Mix of gluten flour and cocoa powder

Add eggs, honey, yeast, water and sugar, and start kneading

After kneading into a dough, add the softened butter cut into small pieces

Knead to the complete stage, put it in a warm place and start to ferment

Fermentation becomes about twice as big and it feels elastic.

Then add the mixed nuts and knead evenly
7.
Divide into 3 doses

Roll out into an oblong shape
9.
Roll up from top to bottom
10.
Three same operations, put them in the toast box

Fermented to 8 minutes old.

The upper and lower fire of the oven, the lower and middle level, 170 degrees, 45 minutes
