Cocoa is rich in flavor, sweet and soft cake. The flavour of the cocoa powder used is pure and fragrant, which adds to the flavor of this cake. The addition of oats and dried fruits enriches the taste of the cake.

Cocoa Oatmeal Cake

1. Cut the chocolate and butter into small pieces.

2. Melt in water, whipping evenly.

3. Add sugar and beat evenly.

4. After letting cool, add the egg mixture in two batches. Beat evenly.

5. Add a few drops of vanilla extract.

6. Sift in the pre-mixed low-gluten flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, and beat evenly

7. Add the chopped walnuts and oatmeal, and mix quickly.

8. Pour the batter into the pound cake mold.

9. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
