Cocoa Snow Puff Pastry
1.
Prepare all the ingredients before proceeding: butter does not need to be softened; raisins wash off the surface impurities, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture; mixed nuts are baked beforehand; if the biscuits are relatively large, break them into small pieces
2.
Put butter and dark chocolate in a non-stick pan
3.
Low heat to melt and mix well
4.
Put in marshmallows, I didn’t get the original flavor, I used two, strawberry flavor and orange filling
5.
Low heat, sauté until the marshmallows melt
6.
Add milk powder
7.
Mix well
8.
Add biscuits, nuts, raisins
9.
Quickly stir and mix evenly, move fast, try to make the syrup evenly cover all the ingredients
10.
Transfer to a baking tray and knead while it is hot to make the syrup, biscuits and nuts more fully mixed together
11.
Place it on the side of the baking tray and arrange it into shape
12.
After the milk powder and cocoa powder are mixed, sift them onto the whole biscuit, sieve both sides
13.
Cut into strips with a bread knife (serrated knife) while it's hot (I have a bad hand, and the cuts vary in width). It will be more difficult to cut when it is cold.
14.
Cut into small pieces
15.
Finished product
Tips:
Biscuits that are too soft or too crisp are not good, I use the more common breakfast biscuits
