Put blueberries in a spare container and mix well with a hand blender. (This step can be mixed with black vinegar (or sugar is added together), then; then pour in honey and use a spoon to mix well)

After step (2), stir even blueberries, black vinegar, and honey into the spare fermentation container in sequence, and then stir evenly.

Cover the lid of the fermentation container and put it in the fermentation machine for 50 hours; the temperature is 50 degrees for fermentation.

After step (4), the fermentation of blueberry vinegar is completed. (This was done in advance two days ago, and it will be completed two days later.)

After step (5), put a colander in the spare container, and then filter the blueberry pulp.

Step (6) After filtering, slightly press the blueberry pulp. (In this step, the pulp of blueberries does not need to be pressed, it can be filtered naturally. The pulp of blueberries is softer and has a better taste. You can consider it according to personal preference.)

Filter the finished blueberry vinegar sauce; blueberry pulp vinegar sauce. (This time the pulp of the blueberries was too dry, and later; I added some blueberry vinegar.)
