First cut the butter into small pieces for softening, then stir with a cooking stick, add powdered sugar and whip until white.

In the butter icing sugar, add egg liquid, and add two egg yolks. The finished coconut balls will be yellower. In order not to waste eggs, I added whole eggs.

Add milk, milk powder, and sifted low-gluten flour to the egg liquid, stir, then add the coconut paste and stir well, as shown in the figure.

Then put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 10 minutes to make it better! After freezing, you can wash your hands and rub the balls. I rubbed 16 of these materials. Then roll it in the coconut paste.

I used Dongling DL-K30A, preheated up and down 180 degrees in advance for 5 minutes, bake for 20 minutes, about 10 minutes, the bottom will be a little mushy, adjust the temperature below according to the situation.
