A few days ago, I ate a small snack called coconut crisp. I wondered if I could make it, but when I did it, it turned into a coconut ball. It smells a bit imaginative, but the taste is not as crispy, but there are too many additives for snacks sold out, and it is normal to not make them at home, but at least there are not so many additives.

Coconut Balls

1. The butter is softened and beaten with sugar.

2. Add egg liquid in portions.

3. Add milk in portions.

4. Then add milk powder, coconut milk powder, and condensed milk.

5. Add low-gluten flour and coconut paste.

6. Roughly mix well.

7. Use your hands to gently roll into small balls, and then roll them in the coconut paste.

8. In the middle of the oven, bake at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the surface is golden.

Tips:

Milk powder, coconut milk powder, and condensed milk are all for enhancing the milk flavor, so nothing can be left alone.
