Coconut Balls

While preheating the oven to 160 degrees, pour oil into a clean basin.

Add sugar and mix well.

Add low flour.

Pour the milk.

Add oatmeal.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add shredded coconut.

Stir evenly and make it dry and not wet, so that the kneading ball is easier to shape.

Knead into a ball, put it on a baking tray lined with greased paper, and leave it at 160 degrees for 20 minutes, and the surface will be golden.

The freshly baked one is the best, with rich milk flavor and crispy skin.
