This is my favorite biscuit. The method is very simple. No matter whether you have a baking foundation or not, as long as you buy all the ingredients and make them according to the proportions, you will be able to succeed. The key is that they are delicious, especially crispy, and the aroma of butter is mixed. The strong coconut flavour is so addictive.

Tips:

1. The disadvantage of using sugar is that the biscuits are easy to crack, but they are really delicious and beautiful. Newbies can use powdered sugar or fine sugar instead. And I personally don't like things that are too sweet. If they are particularly sweet, you can add a little sugar.
2. The shredded coconut can be replaced with pureed coconut.
This recipe uses a Midea smart electric oven, the model is T7-L382B second generation, the capacity is 38L, the power is 1800W, please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
