Coconut Biscuits

Prepare the ingredients

The butter can be melted at room temperature, or it can be heated in the microwave for 20 seconds, add white sugar and stir evenly

Add the eggs three times, completely blend in the butter and add the next time

Add low-gluten flour and shredded coconut, stir until there is no dry powder

It can be made into a square or round shape, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour until hard

Cut into pieces of the same thickness

Arrange them into the baking tray one by one. Mine is a non-stick baking tray without grease paper. Preheat the oven in advance, bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes, and the surface will be golden.
Tips:
1. If you like to eat sweeter ones, you can add 10-20 grams of granulated sugar to my mother-in-law. She doesn’t like too sweet ones
