After opening the simple and exquisite packaging and seeing the clean and pure flour, there was an inexplicable impulse, the road was simple, and it really hit me~~After half a morning's hard work, I made this delicious coconut bread~~ I put the method below.
Because the temperature of different ovens will be different, pay attention to the color of the surface of the bread during the baking process. If the color is too dark, you can adjust the oven temperature appropriately or add a layer of tin foil.

1. Put the main dough material into the bread machine, turn on the custom kneading, and leave it to double the size for 30 minutes.

2. Divide the fermented dough into 6 portions.

4. Take a dough and wrap it with coconut paste and tighten the mouth.

5. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a tongue shape, fold it in half lengthwise, fold it up and down, and cut it in the middle.

7. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 170° for 18 minutes.
