The bread made by hand shaping is beautiful. The coconut-flavored bread is my favorite, so today I decided to challenge the slightly difficult plastic bread. In the end, it was a gorgeous success. Thank you so much for the bread machine, I feel that the bread machine is very practical, saving money, effort and time.

Ingredients

Coconut Bread (bread Machine Version)

1. Bread ingredients: 375g high-gluten flour, 45g caster sugar, 1 egg (about 50g), salt 3g, yeast 5g, milk powder 12g, milk 210g, butter 45g

Tips:

1. Bread machine: PE9500
2. Different brands of flour may have different water absorption rates, so you should increase or decrease the flour and water according to the condition of the dough.
3. When putting the materials into the bread bucket, pay attention to the order of liquid first, then solid. Yeast cannot directly contact liquid and sugar salt, so as not to affect the activity of yeast
4. Be careful when putting the shaped bread into the bread bucket, and put it as much as possible, so that the effect will be very good
5. Don't ferment the final fermentation, otherwise it will be topped when baking
