Bread ingredients: 375g high-gluten flour, 45g caster sugar, 1 egg (about 50g), salt 3g, yeast 5g, milk powder 12g, milk 210g, butter 45g

Coconut paste: 35g butter, 38g fine sugar, 38g whole eggs, 35g milk, 75g shredded coconut

First make the dough, add the dough materials except butter, in the order of liquid first, then solid (milk-egg-sugar, salt-high-gluten flour-milk powder-yeast) into the bread bucket, and finally dig a small hole in the flour. Into the yeast

Tips:

2. Different brands of flour may have different water absorption rates, so you should increase or decrease the flour and water according to the condition of the dough.
