Coconut Cashew Biscuits

1. After the butter is softened, beat it smoothly with an electric whisk, then add the fine sugar in portions.

2. Beat until fluffy and whitish

3. Add the egg liquid in portions, beating each time until it is completely absorbed.

4. Add low-gluten flour and pre-chopped cashews

5. Mix the dough evenly, don't overdo it.

6. Shape the dough into a cylindrical shape, roll it with coconut paste, wrap it in plastic wrap, and freeze it in the freezer.

7. Take out the frozen dough, let it stand for 5 minutes, and cut slices with a thickness of 0.6cm.

8. Arrange into the baking tray. Put it into the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes, and just paint it.

Tips:

Roast the cashew nuts at 160°C for 16 minutes in advance, and chop them after cooling.
