Coconut Cranberry Sweet Potato Balls

Mash the steamed sweet potatoes while they are hot

Add glutinous rice flour

Crumpled up
4.
Divide into 8 parts and group them into balls

Cook the sweet potato balls in a pot

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with coconut and dried cranberries.
Tips:
The sweet potato must be mixed with glutinous rice flour while it is hot, otherwise the dough is difficult to knead.
