Coconut Honey Bean Roll

Put all the ingredients in the raw materials into the inner container of the bread machine, and put the salt and yeast on both ends of the inner container of the bread machine;

Start the “kneading” program; when the flour forms a dough, use kitchen scissors to cut the dough; the specific operation can be imitated by a gardener, holding one side of the scissors in one hand, and cutting the dough vertically; Damage to the bread machine; since the bread machine is working and the dough is rotating when cutting the dough, please operate carefully;

Put the kneaded dough on the kneading mat, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it stand for about 5 minutes; if it is not shaped, it can be made immediately;

Prepare the mold; the mold I used has a very good non-stick effect, and no oil is required; if it is a mold that is easy to stick, apply butter or corn oil to prevent sticking;

Put the rolled dough into the mold; cover it with plastic wrap and place it in a warm and humid place to ferment;

Prepare the whole egg liquid;

After the bread embryo is fermented, brush with a layer of egg liquid;

Sprinkle with minced coconut;

After preheating the oven at 180 degrees, put the mold in the middle of the oven and bake for 15 minutes; after observing the color of the bread, cover with tin foil;

Tips:
1. The mold I use does not need to be greased; if it is other easy-to-stick molds, butter or corn oil is required to prevent sticking;
2. The temperature of the oven can be adjusted according to your own oven power and temper;
