Coconut Milk Cake

Add the isinglass powder to the white sugar and stir evenly

Pour 500 grams of boiling water into the white sugar and stir until it melts

Pour in coconut milk

Add condensed milk and stir until melted

Remove surface bubbles

Put a plastic wrap in the fresh-keeping box, pour coconut milk into it, cool it, and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. After condensing, take out and cut into pieces together with the plastic wrap.
Tips:
After making it, eat it as soon as possible, it will easily break if it takes too long. Do not add too much water, as it will not solidify.
