Coconut Milk Jelly

For all ingredients except gelatine, heat it to 50-60 degrees until the sugar melts, turn off the heat.

Soak the gelatine slices in cold water, add 1 and mix well. Put it into a container and put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours until it solidifies.

Take it out, cut into pieces, and roll on the minced coconut.
Tips:
Put a layer of plastic wrap in the container and then pour the liquid, which will make it easier to mold out.
