Coconut Milk Stewed Egg

Prepare all the ingredients.

Coconut flour should be evenly mixed with milk without particles.

Beat the eggs.

Then pour the coconut milk juice into the egg mixture and stir well.

Strain the egg and milk liquid.

Wrap the custard with plastic wrap and put it in a steamer to steam for 10-12 minutes.

Put some sliced strawberries and bananas on top of the steamed custard and serve.
Tips:
The egg liquid is filtered and then steamed, the taste is smoother.
Instant coconut powder has a sweet taste, so no sugar is added. If it is unflavored coconut powder, you can pour some honey into it when you eat it.
