Coconut Oatmeal Balls

Stir the eggs, sugar and oil evenly

Add peanut butter and continue to mix well

Sift in the flour and milk powder and stir

Pour in the oats and coconut shreds and mix well

Use a small spoon to scoop into small pieces, knead into small balls and place on a baking tray lined with tin foil, preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes
