Take about 10G of oatmeal butter paste and knead it into a round ball, and then flatten it. The diameter is 4cm and the thickness is about 3mm. Place it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Note that the spacing between each one should be larger, greater than 3-4cm.
8.
Put it in the middle layer of a preheated 160℃ oven, heat up and down for about 15 minutes, and the biscuits will be brown and yellow.
Tips:
Two long words:
1. You can choose ordinary oatmeal in the supermarket. Of course, you get what you pay for. The higher the quality, the more delicious it will taste when baked.
2. Because of the baking soda, the biscuits will swell a lot during baking, so leave a proper distance.
3. This biscuit is very crunchy, it is best to eat it as soon as possible, the longer the time, the more discount it tastes.
4. If you want a higher nutritional value, you can replace 40G granulated sugar with 20g granulated sugar + 20g brown sugar.
5. If there is no butter, you can also use the same amount of salad oil instead.
6. This is a coarse-grain biscuit. For people with diabetes, you can use the same amount of xylitol instead of sugar, and you don't need to add syrup or honey. But because xylitol is not sucrose, the crispness of biscuits is definitely not as good as sugar added.
